I am a Nationally Certified caring therapist who helps people feel safe, understood, and supported. I work with clients ages 7 and up and have a strong focus on supporting transgender, genderqueer, and gender nonconforming individuals.

Many people who work with me feel overwhelmed, stressed, or unsure about who they are. They may be used to taking care of others and putting their own needs last. I help clients slow down, talk through what they’re going through, and start focusing on themselves without feeling guilty.

I help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, relationship problems, and identity concerns. I also have experience working with people who are newly diagnosed with autism later in life.

I believe that you know yourself best. My role is to listen, support you, and help you figure out what you need to feel better and move forward. Sessions are available in person or online, making it easier to fit therapy into your schedule.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can ask questions and see if it feels like a good fit.
