Are you feeling emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or like you’re barely holding it all together?
You might be a driven professional facing burnout, a parent navigating anxiety or postpartum challenges, or someone quietly grieving while life keeps moving. Maybe you're stuck in relationship conflict, co-parenting stress, or healing from a toxic dynamic.

Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to do it alone.

I help individuals, couples, and families move through anxiety, depression, grief, identity struggles, and relationship challenges with compassion, clarity, and care. My approach is warm, direct, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.

If you’re ready to stop just surviving and start reconnecting with who you truly are, I’m here to walk with you.
Kamaria Bluntson, LACMH, NCC
“I’m overwhelmed but don’t know how to slow down.”
“I overthink everything and still feel like I’m doing it wrong.”
“I know something needs to change... but where do I even start?”

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I work with adolescents and adults who feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in self-doubt, or unsure of who they are. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, life transitions, low self-worth, or identity struggles, often within cultural, spiritual, or relational dynamics.

My style is warm, collaborative, and direct, and I offer an affirming space for people from all backgrounds, especially BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients. I use evidence-based practices like ACT, DBT, and solution-focused strategies to help you set boundaries, manage emotions, and move forward with clarity and intention.
Together, we’ll focus on progress — not perfection — and help you reconnect with what matters most.
