I assist clients who are struggling with gambling, substance and alcohol additions, mental health, emotional and spiritual issues. We will work together to gain insight into your anxieties, depression, relationships and substance abuse concerns.

I have an expansive knowledge base in working with children ages 5-17 years old young adults 18-21 years old and adults 22+ years old. We will work together collaboratively to develop cooping mechanisms. I will assist clients in reaching their personal goals. My background includes individual, group, couple and family counseling.

I believe in teaching “progress and not perfection”. Having the confidence to face fear is the first step to recovery. “The road to recovery from anxiety, depression, addictions and martial conflicts is always under construction”. In order to elevate from life’s stressors you must separate yourself from the things that are keeping you from progressing.
